Epoxy Resin Mold - N

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, enabling rapid drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature of around 200 to 300 degrees, preserving them.

• Our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold, leaving it to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It takes on a glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the shine of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
