Epoxy Resin Mold - I

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, enabling rapid curing in resin epoxy casts, able to withstand high temperatures ranging from around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only resin molds. Epoxy resin molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. The mixing stick should be in contact with the bottom and edges of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general service life of the mold is 10, some of our model molds have a service life of 20-25.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning methods can extend its service life.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the gloss of the mold and provides a longer service life.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
