Epoxy Resin Mold - K

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, providing a fast curing for epoxy resin casts, which can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use epoxy molds. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture.
  Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours.
  It reaches a glassy state in 48 hours.

• • Important Note:

    • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, while some model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold gloss and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
