Epoxy Resin Mold - I

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds that can be used for resin epoxy castings that can be detached after the product has dried, ensuring rapid drying in resin epoxy castings, with a high heat degree that can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable molds that can be used multiple times and are not for single use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of resin epoxy molds available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will have a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance. Color: Transparent

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 times, but some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's gloss and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
