Epoxy Resin Mold - H

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, enabling rapid curing of epoxy resin casts in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different fields, creating variations depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a clockwise, counterclockwise, and up-and-down motion. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touch-dry in about 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will achieve a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using a mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and prolong its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
