Epoxy Resin Mold - G

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out of the mold after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a hot environment that facilitates the rapid drying of resin epoxy casts.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and industries, allowing for different applications based on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a back-and-forth, left-to-right, and bottom-to-top motion. Ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, while some models can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Proper care and usage practices, as well as cleaning procedures, can extend the lifespan of your mold.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, wax, or varnish to maintain the mold's shine and prolong its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
