Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to separate, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that allow for quick drying in resin epoxy casts, with a high heat degree that can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment.

Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, while some model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
