Epoxy Resin Mold - D

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-release molds, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing rapid curing in resin epoxy pours. They can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many industries depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but for some model molds, it can be between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
    • Avoid using alcohol and solvent-based products to clean silicone molds, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
