Epoxy Resin Mold - Ç

• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy pours.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different areas, creating variations in different sectors based on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. Homogeneous mixing should be ensured by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and edges of the container. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

• • Important warning:

    • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, but some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains mold glossiness and prolongs usage lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
