Epoxy Resin Mold - C

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can sustain a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, enabling quick curing of resin epoxy pours.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Mix 2 parts resin with 1 part hardener in a container and slowly stir until there are no air bubbles left. Stir the mixture thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During stirring, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours, and it will completely harden within 24 hours. It will turn into a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
