Epoxy Resin Mold - B

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily detachable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a fast-curing environment for resin epoxy casts.

• Our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use, resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields, allowing for different applications depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, while some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold interior with your fingers.
