Epoxy Resin Mold - A

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy pours, and can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes in a back and forth, up and down motion. During mixing, ensure the mixing stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will turn into a glass-like state in 48 hours.

• • Important warning:

    • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, while some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following the correct procedures, such as cleaning, can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • For cleaning, non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for removing epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
