Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These resin epoxy molds support quick drying of resin epoxy pours by maintaining high heat resistance, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for single-use resin molds. These resin epoxy molds can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours.

It completely hardens in 12 hours.

It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while for some mold models, it can be between 20-25 uses.
  • Proper care of the mold and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can help extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the shine of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
