Cat Epoxy Mold - 10 * 12.9 * 1 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, providing quick curing for resin epoxy casts. Our silicone molds are also reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours.

It will completely harden in 12 hours.

It will become scratch-resistant like glass in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, while some of our mold models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Proper care of your mold and the way you use it, including cleaning procedures, can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure long-term use.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
