Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to separate, meaning the product can be removed after it has dried, allowing for quick drying of epoxy resin pours with a high heat tolerance of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. With more than 180 epoxy resin mold models currently available in Turkey, these epoxy resin molds can create variations in various sectors based on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin into a freezer-safe container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the stirring rod. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and allow it to dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours.

It will completely harden in 12 hours.

It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, while some of our models can be used for 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure longevity.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold interior with your fingers.
