Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 measures of resin to 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish. Color: Transparent

Important Note:

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses; however, some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and extend its lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids and are recommended for cleaning.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
