Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to separate, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, which enables quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixing should be achieved by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the stirring stick. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and completely solidify within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will have a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance. Color: Transparent

Important note:

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10, but for some models, it can be between 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
