Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds facilitate the quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees, which can be sustained. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Note:

• Generally, the mold lifespan is around 10 uses, but some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, which maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
• For cleaning, non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for removing epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
