Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that allow for quick curing of resin epoxy casts, which can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are also reusable resin molds that can be used multiple times and not just once. Resin epoxy molds can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture that touches the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours. It will completely harden within 12 hours and achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important note:

  • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and molds.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
