Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to detach, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of epoxy resin casts in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are also reusable, non-disposable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Epoxy resin molds can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 epoxy resin mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important notice:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our mold models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold interior with your fingers.
