Epoxy Silicone Mold - Zodiac Signs - 11.5 * 9.5 cm

Epoxy silicone resin injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy molds after they have dried. They can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and will be completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Note:

• The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Maintaining your mold properly and following usage and cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
