Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, for quick drying of resin epoxy casts after they have dried. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. With over 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey, these molds can create differences in various sectors based on your imagination.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles are left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top, ensuring a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of a mold is around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and prolong its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
