Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to detach, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can ensure quick drying in resin epoxy casts by maintaining high temperatures between approximately 200 and 300 degrees in a hot environment. Furthermore, our silicone molds are reusable, not for single use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and create differences in many industries depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container, mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. During mixing, make sure to mix thoroughly right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. A homogeneous mixture should be provided by touching the mixing rod to the bottom and sides of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely solidifies within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10, while some of our models have a lifespan of 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and prolongs its lifespan.
  • Non-alcoholic wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and mold surfaces.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold surface with your fingers.
