Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with a temperature range between approximately 200 and 300 degrees, our silicone molds can withstand this temperature. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields, creating variations depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The stirring rod should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains mold shine and prolongs its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
