Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings after they have dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, creating a quick curing environment for resin epoxy castings. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors based on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture is achieved. Afterward, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely solidified within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important notice:

  • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, while some model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves mold shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
