Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be easily removed from the resin epoxy castings after they have dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, creating a quick curing process for resin epoxy castings. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like state within 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some of our model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can help you extend the lifespan of your mold.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's glossiness and ensures longer usability.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
