Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning the product can be removed after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields, creating variations depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in various directions to ensure a homogeneous mixture without any bubbles remaining. During mixing, make sure the mixing stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a uniform mixture.
Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and will completely harden within 24 hours. It will turn into a glass-like state within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
