• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, allowing the product to be removed after it has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, creating a warm environment for quick drying of resin epoxy pours.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and create differences in many industries depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be provided by touching the stirring rod to the bottom and edges of the container. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It takes on a glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, but some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which maintains the shine of the mold and prolongs its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
