• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable molds that can be used to create resin epoxy castings that can be removed after the product has dried, maintaining a high temperature resistance typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy castings.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only resin molds. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many fields can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours. It completely hardens within 24 hours and becomes glass-like in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you use it for a longer period.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the shine of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
