• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, maintaining a resin epoxy mold that can withstand high temperatures ranging from an average of 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, which allows for quick drying of resin epoxy pours.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours, and will completely harden within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is about 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and provides a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
