• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which ensures quick curing of resin epoxy casts that can be removed after the product has dried.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener are poured into a container and slowly stirred until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. During stirring, ensure a homogeneous mixture that touches the bottom and edges of the container. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It attains a glass-like state in 48 hours.

• • Important Notice:

    • The general lifespan of molds is 10 times, but some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which maintains the mold's glossiness and prolongs its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
