• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring quick drying of resin epoxy casts that can be removed after the product has dried.

• Our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture.
  Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
