Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be easily removed from the resin epoxy castings after they have dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically ranging from 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy castings.

Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields, creating differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixing should be ensured by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and edges of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like state in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and prolong its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective materials for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
