Resin Epoxy Mold - Round - B9

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable molds that allow for quick drying of resin epoxy casts, capable of withstanding temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment after the product has dried.

Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use, suitable for various fields, these resin epoxy molds can create differences in many sectors based on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will achieve a glass-like state within 48 hours.

• Important warning:

  • The mold's average lifespan is generally 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold's interior with your fingers.
