Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, allowing the resin epoxy castings to be removed after drying. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a quick drying environment for resin epoxy castings.

Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields, creating differentiations in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Stir thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

• Important Warning:

  • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the gloss and prolong the lifespan of the mold.
  • Non-alcohol wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
