• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from resin epoxy casts after they have dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a warm environment that allows resin epoxy casts to dry quickly.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for single-use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields, creating various possibilities depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10 to 15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and top to bottom motion. Ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and edges of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will achieve a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, but some models can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and prolong lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are effective for cleaning epoxy liquids from molds.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
