Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick curing of epoxy resin pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix the solution thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable within about 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like state within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can help you extend the lifespan of your mold.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it helps maintain the gloss of the mold and prolong its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective way to clean epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
