Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings once they have dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy castings.

Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Next, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like state within 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using a mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and prolongs its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
