• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts. They can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment after the product has dried.

• Our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use resin molds. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, ensure that the mixing stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
