• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts quickly after they have dried, and can withstand high temperatures ranging approximately between 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, allowing for quick drying of the resin epoxy.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for single use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable in about 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will achieve a glass-like state in 48 hours.

• • Important notice:

    • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the glossiness of the mold and prolongs its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective way to clean epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
