Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, thus ensuring quick drying of resin epoxy casts, maintaining a high temperature resistance in a hot environment between an average of 200 to 300 degrees. Our silicone molds are also reusable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Epoxy resin molds can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Proper care of your mold and the way you use it, including cleaning processes, can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
