• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds, which means they can be removed from the product after it has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many areas, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until there are no air bubbles. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixing should be provided by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It takes on a glass-like appearance within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually around 10 times, but in some models, it can be between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains mold glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
