Wavy Tray Resin Epoxy Mold - T10

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy casts that can be removed easily after the product has dried.

Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener in a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 24 hours. It will take on a glass-like appearance within 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually around 10 uses, while some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures longer usability.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
