• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds that can be used for resin epoxy castings that can be removed after the product has dried, maintaining a high temperature of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, ensuring rapid drying of the product.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a right-to-left, left-to-right, and bottom-to-top motion. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

• • Important Notice:

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following correct usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax polish to maintain the gloss of the mold and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
