• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds that can withstand an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy castings after drying.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many industries depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable within about 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • Generally, the mold lifespan is 10 uses, but some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's gloss and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective materials for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the inside of the mold with your fingers.
