Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to detach, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds are capable of rapid curing for resin epoxy pours, maintaining a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can create uniqueness in various sectors depending on your imagination.

Instructions: Pour epoxy resin into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a right-to-left, left-to-right, and bottom-to-top motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and allow it to dry. It will be touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like surface in 48 hours.

  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
