• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can ensure fast curing in resin epoxy casts, with a high heat degree that can withstand an average of 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many areas, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener are poured into a container and mixed slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and edges of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours. It will completely harden within 24 hours. It will become glass-like in 48 hours.

    • The general usage life of the mold is 10 times, while in some model molds, it can be between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage methods and cleaning procedures can help you use it for a longer period.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the shine of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
