• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures in a hot environment, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing resin epoxy castings to dry quickly.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many areas can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will become touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will become glass-like in 48 hours.

• • Important warning:

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
