• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, between approximately 200 and 300 degrees, in a hot environment, which ensures the rapid drying of resin epoxy pours.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many different fields, can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and leave it to dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 24 hours. It will acquire a glass-like state in 48 hours.

• • Important Warning:

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold, as well as following proper usage and cleaning procedures, can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and prolongs its lifespan. A non-alcohol-based wet wipe is the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
