Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can withstand high temperatures of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy castings, which can be removed after the product has dried. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many industries depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles are left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state within 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
